OCR AS Theory?
Fail much?
Well, starting with the hardest bit seems clever. Anatomy and Physiology! Yay -_-
Pfft. Nope, never gonna learn the muscles in the shoulder by tomorrow, but I can tell the examiners what kind of contraction of the muscles there are!
Concentric - Muscle shortens under tension.
Eccentric - Muscle lengthens under tension.
Isometric - No movement under tension.
Yeahh, I am proud of myself thanks :)
Newton's Laws of motion? Simple!
1st law - Inertia
Basically a object stays at rest/uniform verlocity (constant speed) unless a external force acts against it.
2nd law - Acceleration
If more force acts apon the object, more force will be exerted.
3rd law - Reation
For every action there is a equal and opposite reaction.
Types of Motion
Linear motion - straight line or curved progression of a object as a whole.
Angular motion - object acts as a radius
General motion - both linear and angular motion
Bored yet?
Thought so =P
Thats my day ahead =) Oh yes. Fun.
Anyone care to help?
Nahhh, didn't think so
I may have to go spy on the post man again =P
